Swedish Body Massage

This treatment mainly focuses on warming the muscle tissue to release tension & break up the muscle knots all over the body.
It focuses on using on using light and gentle strokes that are relaxing and calming.
Encourages relaxation, improves circulation and it is also good for relieving tension headaches.
Options to have 30 minutes or 60 minutes treatment sessions, pricing will change.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles).
It's used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, lower back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
Deep tissue massages may cause you a little discomfort or slight pain.
You can request 30 or 60 minute treatment options, to suit, prices will change accordingley

Reiki Energy Healing

Relieves tension & stress and depression. Can reduce anxiety, aids relaxation and improves sleep. It can also strengthen self esteem and heightens self- awareness & intuition.
This treatment includes a full chakra cleanse and realignment with the use of healing cystals, includes angel card reading (optional)

A treatment that is unique to The Crystal Booth, the Reiki Massage is an hour long session which includes a full reiki energy cleanse with sage and palo santo, sound healing, back neck and shoulder massage for 30 minutes then reiki energy healing for 30 minutes, chakra cleanse and alignment ending with an angel card reading.

Hopi Ear Candling

Also known as thermal-auricular therapy, is a holistic treatment derived from ancient Hopi Indian traditions.
